Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within [3 to 5] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Potential delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.2

4. DAMAGES AND MISSING 3PACKAGES

Duke Harper Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and contact your local post office. If 5 business days have passed since the "delivered" status and you still have not received it, please contact us using our contact form.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
